Writing As expression and community care
Why I Write
Writing helps name the in-between. Whether I’m untangling a clinical idea, reflecting on creative practice, or sitting with the impossible ache of grief, I do so because language builds bridges.
You’ll find my work in academic spaces, online essays, art therapy publications, and likely, scribbled in the margins of a notebook.
Clinical & Academic
Peer-reviewed publications, reflective pieces, and research contributions in art therapy, trauma care, and community practice.
Personal Essays
Honest, spacious writing on relationships, grief, identity, and creative life. Some of these started as whispers. Others as roars.

Free and paid resources like zines, guides, templates, and email series. All designed to support reflection, creativity, and gentle care.
